4. Prices and Payment

  • Shipping costs are displayed separately before completing the order.

  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment.

  • Delivery times vary by destination; estimated delivery is shown during checkout.

  • Shipping costs include handling, packing, and postage fees.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@scottled.eu with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

  • You must return the goods at your expense within 14 days of informing us.

  • We will refund all payments received (without standard delivery costs) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

  • Exemptions: Custom-made products, digital goods once downloaded, and items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.

7. Returns and Warranty

  • Products are covered by the legal warranty rights under EU law.

  • If a product is defective, please contact us immediately for repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Normal wear, misuse, or improper installation are excluded from warranty.

8. Liability

  • We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

  • For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from misuse of the products.

9. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, and other content on this website are protected by copyright. Use without written permission is not allowed.
